What is your focus with children?

Your child will learn their inner value and magnificence!  Your child will learn to self-advocate and become more independent.  Your child will learn to take responsibility, how to handle challenging situations, how to compromise, how to communicate with people, improve relationships and how to give back to the community.

You child will learn how to recognize and shift limiting beliefs that hurt self-esteem and hold them back in life. They also learn how to proactively create supportive belief that will support them in feeling good about themselves, believing in themselves, and in creating a happy fulfilling life.

Through the WISDOM coaching for kids program TM, your child will learn:

• The values of self-leaders such as the power of taking full responsibility for their lives, the importance of living life with integrity, and the importance of treating others with respect while always treating themselves with respect as well.

• How to think for themselves and make decisions…which helps them develop their inner compass and learn how to stand up to peer pressure.

• How to feel good about themselves even when things don’t go their way so that their self-esteem is based on the inside-out and not based on who they know, what they do, or what they have.

• How to believe in themselves even after facing a disappointment so that they can move through their upset and their fear…to create courage and self-confidence.

• How to live life with intention and with direction, so they don’t drift through life.

• How to develop a mindset for creating success in their lives including learning how to set and achieve their goals.

• How to manage change so that they can thrive in the new circumstances.

How do you help parents?  What impact do I have as a parent?

Parents will become more confident in their parenting skills.  Parents will experience reduced stress and increased coping skills.  You will be able to focus on your child's emotional intelligence with strategies and skills learned through a proven program.

Parents have a profound impact on their children's lives, shaping their development, well-being, and future outcomes. Here are some key impacts parents have:

  1. Emotional Development: Parents play a crucial role in nurturing their children's emotional well-being. The love, support, and guidance provided by parents contribute to the development of secure attachments, emotional intelligence, and the ability to regulate emotions effectively.

  2. Cognitive Development: Parents are instrumental in fostering their children's cognitive growth. Through interactions, conversations, and educational opportunities, parents stimulate curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, laying the foundation for intellectual development.

  3. Social Skills and Relationships: Parents significantly influence their children's social skills and ability to form healthy relationships. By modeling positive behaviors, teaching empathy, and providing opportunities for social interactions, parents help their children develop social competence and navigate interpersonal dynamics.

  4. Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence: Parents' words, actions, and support greatly impact their children's self-esteem and self-confidence. Encouragement, validation, and belief in their children's abilities contribute to a positive self-image and a sense of self-worth.

  5. Values and Beliefs: Parents are primary agents in transmitting values, beliefs, and cultural traditions to their children. They shape their children's moral compass, ethical standards, and worldview, influencing their choices, attitudes, and behaviors.

  6. Educational Attainment: Parents' involvement and support in their children's education significantly impact their academic success. Engaged parents foster a positive attitude towards learning, provide educational resources, and advocate for their children's educational needs.

  7. Health and Well-being: Parents play a vital role in promoting their children's physical and mental health. By providing a nurturing environment, healthy habits, and access to healthcare, parents contribute to their children's overall well-being and long-term health outcomes.

  8. Future Success: The impact of parents extends into their children's future success. Parental support, guidance, and high expectations can influence educational attainment, career choices, and overall life outcomes.

It's important to note that the impact of parents can vary based on individual circumstances, cultural factors, and the quality of the parent-child relationship. However, the role of parents in shaping their children's lives cannot be overstated, as they provide the foundation for their children's growth, development, and future success.

Why is self worth important for women?

Self-worth is crucial for women because it forms the foundation of their overall well-being and empowerment. When women have a strong sense of self-worth, they recognize their inherent value, capabilities, and deservingness of respect and happiness. Here are a few reasons why self-worth is important for women:

  1. Confidence and Empowerment: Self-worth fuels confidence, enabling women to assert themselves, pursue their goals, and make decisions aligned with their values. It empowers them to stand up for themselves, set boundaries, and navigate challenges with resilience.

  2. Healthy Relationships: When women have a healthy sense of self-worth, they are more likely to establish and maintain healthy relationships. They can recognize and demand respect, communicate their needs effectively, and avoid settling for less than they deserve.

  3. Mental and Emotional Well-being: Self-worth is closely tied to mental and emotional well-being. When women value themselves, they are less likely to experience self-doubt, negative self-talk, and self-sabotaging behaviors. They can cultivate self-compassion, practice self-care, and prioritize their own happiness.

  4. Career Success: Self-worth plays a significant role in career success. Women with a strong sense of self-worth are more likely to pursue challenging opportunities, negotiate for fair compensation, and advocate for their professional growth. They believe in their abilities and are willing to take risks to achieve their career aspirations.

  5. Body Image and Self-Acceptance: Self-worth is essential in cultivating a positive body image. When women have a healthy sense of self-worth, they can appreciate and accept their bodies, focusing on overall well-being rather than conforming to societal standards. This leads to improved self-esteem and a healthier relationship with their bodies.

Overall, self-worth empowers women to embrace their authentic selves, recognize their strengths, and pursue a life of fulfillment and happiness. It is a catalyst for personal growth, resilience, and the ability to navigate life's challenges with confidence. By nurturing self-worth, women can unlock their true potential and create a life that aligns with their values and aspirations.
